The following selections are the result of our search for products that exalt the territory where we live and work: Fresh, hand-cut pasta made with local, organic flours  Ricotta and cheeses from the Lessinia “Soppressa” from Velo (a special, hand-pressed salami) The Lessinia “Gallina Grisa” (free-range hen) from Mezzane Rabbit raised in the meadows of the Lessinia Brogna lamb, the only breed indigenous to Verona Lessinia veal and heifer beef Vegetables from the gardens of Corbiolo (seasonal) Berries from Velo and Campofontana (seasonal)
