Cucinare e dare ospitalità è raccontare una storia. La nostra ha le sue radici nel tempo in cui Velo Veronese era l' antico capoluogo dei Tredici Comuni Veronesi, sulla montagna chiamata Lessinia. I nostri bisnonni hanno iniziato quello che i nonni e i genitori hanno lasciato a noi. Ci sentiamo figli di questa storia, di questa terra, della sua gente e delle sue tradizioni.
Cooking and offering hospitality are ways of telling a story. Ours dates back to the time in which Velo Veronese was the ancient head township of the Tredici Comuni Veronesi, on the mountain called Lessinia. Our great-grandparents began what our grandparents and parents have passed down to us. We are the children of this history, of this land, and of these people and their traditions.
Küche und Gastlichkeit heißt auch Erzählen und wir erzählen die Geschichte unserer Wurzeln, als Velo Veronese noch der antike Hauptort der Dreizehn Berggemeinden von Lessinien war. Unsere Urgroßeltern haben begonnen, was Großeltern und Eltern uns hinterließen. Dieser Geschichte und diesem Land, seinen Leute und Traditionen fühlen wir uns verbunden.
